About Creditize

Creditize is built by a team of professionals from the structured credit markets, bringing over six decades of combined experience across private credit lifecycle management.

Our backgrounds span institutional lending, CRE credit, risk management, and the software systems that power them. Having operated from deal origination and underwriting through to ongoing portfolio monitoring and investor reporting, we understand what it takes to manage credit risk.

Our Mission

Private credit has historically been reserved for institutional investors and established networks. We believe stable, asset-backed credit strategies should be accessible to a much wider audience — without compromising on the underwriting discipline and structural rigour required to manage risk.

We're building Creditize to bridge this gap. Starting with senior CRE credit exposure and expanding into broader private credit strategies over time, our focus is on creating transparent, well-structured access to an asset class that has delivered consistent income for decades.

What We Bring

Portfolio Expertise
Deep experience in private credit origination, underwriting, and risk-managed portfolio administration.
Market Knowledge
Institutional experience across commercial real estate (CRE), structured finance, and capital markets.
Data Analytics
Custom reporting engines and data models built for granular credit transparency and risk monitoring.
Modern Infrastructure
Software development expertise focused on building scalable, secure, and modern financial rails.

Our Approach

We're building in phases. We start with senior, well-understood credit exposure to prove our operational and reporting infrastructure. From there, we expand thoughtfully — adding diversified credit strategies only once the foundation is proven. We believe this disciplined sequence is the only way to build a platform that partners and customers can trust over the long term.
